Pedestrian Dies After Automobile Crash in Melbourne on North Wickham Street
crash occurred at 6:50 p.m.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police responded to a deadly car crash involving a pedestrian Thursday night time close to North Wickham Street and Parkway Drive.
In keeping with the investigation, the crash occurred at roughly 6:50 p.m. when a pedestrian was crossing North Wickham Street within the southbound journey lanes exterior of the marked crosswalk and entered the trail of a Toyota utility car touring southbound on North Wickham Street.
When officers arrived, they found the pedestrian had sustained life-threatening accidents on account of the crash and later died on account of these accidents at Holmes Regional Medical Heart.
It’s unknown if alcohol/medication have been an element on this crash.
The crash remains to be beneath investigation and the identification of the pedestrian is pending subsequent of kin notification.
