Merritt Island Mustangs, Viera Hawks Volleyball Advance to FHSAA State Semifinals in Winter Haven

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Merritt Island Mustangs and the Viera Hawks Volleyball superior to the FHSAA Closing 4 State Semifinals at Polk State Faculty in Winter Haven subsequent Wednesday, November 8.
The Viera Hawks defeated the Oviedo Lions within the Regional Semifinals. With the win, the Hawks improved to 26-4 on the season and a ticket to their third straight final-four look. The Viera Hawks will face Chiles (Tallahassee) at 4 p.m. subsequent Wednesday.
The Merritt Island Mustangs defeated Wesley Chapel 3-2 on Wednesday within the Regional Semifinals.
The victory improved the Mustangs to 23-6 and their eighth final-four look below Head Coach Angie Patrick. The Mustangs will tackle Middleburg at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
