(FOX NEWS) – The Israel Protection Forces launched video of its Arrow 3 air protection system launching to intercept a missile fired within the Crimson Sea area.

The IDF introduced the primary Arrow 3’s profitable operational interception on Nov. 9, when it shot down a floor missile fired by Houthi rebels in Yemen. The historic launch of this exo-atmospheric missile is the primary time wartime fight has taken place in house.

The Arrow-3 Interceptor missile was developed in a three way partnership by the Israeli Ministry of Protection and the U.S. Missile Protection Company (MDA). It’s the most subtle of Israel’s air defenses, designed to focus on incoming ballistic missiles.

In August, Israel introduced the sale of its Arrow 3 system to Germany for $3.5 billion in a U.S.-approved deal. Israel sought approval for the deal from the U.S. State Division as a result of the system was collectively developed by the 2 nations. Israeli protection officers stated the system would lengthen Germany’s protection functionality whereas strengthening the protection relationship between Israel and america.
