Florida earned the award second 12 months in a row
TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – This week, Florida was acknowledged by the Heritage Basis as No. 1 in Schooling Freedom for the second 12 months in a row.
The Schooling Freedom Report Card, launched yearly by the Heritage Basis, measures states throughout 4 classes – Schooling Selection, Trainer Freedom, Transparency and Return on Funding – and Florida was within the high 5 throughout all classes.
