Christmas 2010 Looking forward to the end of the year and having a bright Christmas! Our Christmas menu will be available from end of October and will be in effect from 1 December until 23 December 2010. The 2009 Christmas menu can be viewed by clicking on the icon on the right side of the page. We hope this will encourage you to book for lunch or dinner during their festive season and if you have any enquiries or for more information please send us an enquiry regarding a particular date and time and we'll check if we can fulfill your requirements. We require a deposit of £15 per person to confirm a Christmas reservation owing to demand; we'll only hold a provisional table reservation for 2 weeks up until the end of the 2nd week in November. From this point on no more provisional bookings will be taken or held and only deposits will confirm reservations - those with provisional bookings prior to this must have confirmed with a deposit. Please be aware that a full refund will not be given for a cancellation of the booking without 72 hours notice given and that changes to numbers must be made within 24 hours of the booking. The organizer must confirm the numbers of guests attending the function 24 hours in advance. If no confirmation is received, the last correspondence concerning final numbers shall be deemed to be the confirmed numbers attending. We understand occasionally last minute cancellations are unavoidable and will not charge any fees if the number of guests decrease by 2 members of the party in the 24 hours leading up to the event. Should the numbers decrease by 3 or more in the 24 hour notice period, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the menu for each of the guests above 2. The number attending may not exceed the maximum indicated by the restaurant.
